If you are at this help desk it is probably because you have received an email or phone call from me with a question about your online reputation.   My email or phone call may have caused you to wonder if tackling your online reputation is something that is important for you to invest your time and energy in right now. 

I can tell you that there is nothing in the world more important right now to growing your business than controlling those stars and reviews.

You may be asking yourself what is all this reputation management about.

Let me go ahead and actually define for you what online reputation management really is…

It is the practice of staying on top of your business’ “word-of-mouth” and making sure that all of your negative reviews are handled in a proper way.  But also, you need to have a way to make sure that your happy customers share their appreciation of your business with the world!

The good news is that we have a wonderful software platform that makes it all easy.  It takes care of both the happy and the unhappy customer or patient.  It helps you to be the first to know about anyone who is unhappy and it helps your happy customers to be able to easily tell the world about how great your business really is.

Because of social media online reputation management has become a very serious necessity.

So hopefully now you have a better understand of what reputation management is, since you are reading this it might mean that I am not here to answer your questions in person.
